Qualitative Toolkit - OutsideIn Strategies has expertise in a continuum of qualitative methodologies, from the traditional to the emerging, one or more of which may be called for in any given project.  Often a blended approach is appropriate, for example on-line journaling combined with follow up face to face groups or bulletin boards chased with one-on-one telephone interviews to allow for more in-depth probing.
